Maiello Management is a boutique artist management agency focused on building a community of versatile musicians, who are each outstanding in their own field, be it jazz, singer-songwriter, world or classical music. By offering consulting services, Maiello aims to help artists build their own career by learning how to effectively self manage. All services are offered in English, German and Italian.

Maiello Management was founded in 2018 by Floriana Maddalena Maiello, an Italo-German musician with a degree in Arts Management and years of experience in the international music industry. Maiello began her path in artist management at LBNY Productions, a New York City based company, where she resided for a year during a semester abroad. Later on, she collaborated with Casa Limón label and then returned to Germany to work for IMG Artists in Hannover. Being a musician herself, Floriana has a very unique way of connecting with her artists and representing their best interest.
