The German - Israeli duo Apollonio Maiello (piano / harpsichord) and Tali Rubinstein (recorders) is an original contemporary project which challenges the division between early and contemporary music. Both accomplished performers and composers in jazz as well as the classical music scene, Rubinstein and Maiello revive the aesthetic of the baroque era, infused with modern jazz improvisational language.
